Oreo Cookie Ice Cream (no churn)
Ingredients

2 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk

12 oz Oreos
-
3 Tablespoons Mini Chocolate Chips

1 tsp Vanilla
Instructions

Crush half the Oreos in the food processor (just pulse until the size of peas or smaller).

Crumble the rest of the Oreos with your hands until bitesize, or a little smaller

With Mom's kitchen mixer, pour the Heavy Whipping Cream in the mixing bowl and BEAT ON HIGH until the cream gets stiff -- like whipped cream!

Then with a spatula or large spoon slowly mix in the whole can of Sweetened Condensed Milk, making sure not to deflate the whipped cream.

Add the vanilla and mix in chocolate chips

Then pour all the mixture into a loaf pan or other deep container.

Freeze 6-8 hours or overnight.

Scoop out and ENJOY!
